We take Bookings on a regular basis. Please book early to avoid disappointment. There is only one property available. No Booking is guaranteed until the full deposit is paid. In the event our property is booked we can find you another villa. Prices will be different (most likely higher) for other villas.
Transactions
can be conducted in either USD or Pounds Sterling, whichever is the most
convenient for you. USD rates prevail current GBP/USD converson can be found at xe.com .

Cancellation Policy:
The following applies to all rentals.
Days Prior to arrival.;
More than 56 days………….deposit only;
29-56 days…………………50%;
Less than 29 days……………100%;
We will not keep deposits/rental fees if the property can be re-rented. If the property is rented for a fraction of the origional rental fee because it is posted as a late availibility listing, the portion of the rent recovered will be refunded.
Guests are advised to take out cancellation insurance. The largest travel insurance provider can be found at this link. They will insure you entire vacation including airfare and villa for a nominal charge. For Travel Insurance click here.
These
prices are for the whole house, irrespective of the number of guests, up to a maximum of 14, excluding infants UNDER 2 years old.
Partial
weeks and daily rates can also be quoted on request. Four day minimum, please. Stays under 7 nights subject to a $110 cleaning charge.
There is no additional charge for the highchair and crib.
Deposit returned 7 days after completion of your stay, subject to no breakages or damage.
If you like our villa and the dates appear booked inquire. We can often find you another villa to suit your needs. Note our pricing is NOT valid for other villas.
